We collect information about you when you sign up for the Mailing List. In doing this, we use Mail chimp.

Information about you is also collected by social media accounts – Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram – and it is stored within those platforms and used in accordance with their privacy policies. Information is also collected via the use of cookies on the website.

How will I use the information about you?

Currently, the information we have collected about you is used (if you agree) to send you emails about upcoming gigs and latest Jaywalkers news.

The cookies on the website collect data that is used to create Facebook, Instagram, Amazon and Google Ads, including YouTube pre-roll ads (see the marketing section below). This is in accordance with the privacy policies of those platforms.

We will not share your information with other companies.

Marketing

Our email marketing consists of latest news about Jaywalkers sent to our mailing list subscribers at irregular intervals. Links are provided within the emails to upcoming gigs and any potential new CD's or products available on our shop. 

We use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube to share information with you, in accordance with the privacy policies of those platforms. We use cookies (see below) on the website relating to Facebook and Google, and we use the data that is collected with these cookies in order to use Facebook and Google advertising. Any data collected using these cookies is stored and processed by, and in accordance with, Facebook and Google themselves. In the event that this should change, we will update this information immediately.
