Burnt Chilli Creek
Did you know that today, 27th Feb, is National Chilli Day? Us neither. About 2 years ago, Mike was re-heating some chilli in the kitchen whilst watching Jonathon Creek and playing his mandolin ... and ended up writing a new tune. Lucy suggested it should be named after the circumstances, so, 'Burnt Chillli Creek' was born! We've recorded this live version of the tune to celebrate National Chilli Day:
Della Mae
Throughout January, we had the pleasure of opening up for the amazing Della Mae on the UK leg of their 'Headlight' tour. We had an absolute blast at all of the gigs and we met many new friends along the way. Here we are mid gig at King's Place and then mid-after party.
They will be back in the UK later this year, you should check them out if you get the chance.
Green Note
Our next and final gig for a few weeks is at 'London's favourite music venue': Green Note in Camden on Saturday 7th March. There's a reason it wins awards for 'best live venue' in London and you should come on down to see for yourself. Our gigs there usually sell out, so please do book in advance to avoid disappointment. Get your tickets here.
